Huskies ready to battle
The Keyano Huskies men’s volleyball team are set to hit the court this weekend in their goal of continuing onto the National Championship.
The Huskies finished the regular season (22-2) and won a league-high 65 sets.
The Huskies enter this weekend’s ACAC Championship as the #3 ranked team in the Nation. The Huskies are joined by several other powerhouses including the #6 ranked Nationally Red Deer Kings.

The Huskies first match will come on February 22, at 8:00 p.m. against the Briercrest Clippers who finished in fourth place in the South division.
The Huskies and Clippers have not hooked up this season yet, but the Huskies do come in as the favorites as the Clippers finished just 13-11 in regular season.
The winner will then advance to the ACAC Championships semifinal against the winner of NAIT Ooks vs Red Deer College.

The winner of the ACAC Championships will then head to Fanshawe College for the CCAA men’s volleyball National Championships from March 8-11.
