Markaz UI Islam collected 7,000 lbs of food for WBFB
The food drive was a huge success, raising over 7000 pounds of food, and $1,595.

Markaz UI Islam hosted their second food drive in support of the Wood Buffalo Food Bank (WBFB) on July 29.
The food drive was a huge success, raising over 7000 pounds of food, and $1,595.
The donations raised will replenish supplies that the WBFB sent to food banks in BC in the beginning of July to assist in their state of emergency and will also serve to prepare the WBFB in the event that they need to send more supplies to support the wildfire evacuees.
