A warrant has been issued for the arrest of 22-year-old Lloyd Wesley Boudreau of Lac La Biche on a charge of first degree murder.
RCMP are asking for assistance in locating the man in relation to the murder of Michael Mountain on October 28.
Mountain suffered a gunshot wound and was transported to hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
Boudreau is considered armed and dangerous. RCMP is urging anyone with information on his whereabouts not to approach him. Contact the Lac La Biche RCMP immediately at 780-623-4380 or the local police service.

– 188 lbs
– 5’6” tall
– Black hair
– Brown Eyes
– Tattoos on neck and right side of face
The RCMP Major Crimes Unit Major Crimes North with the assistance of the Lac La Biche and Boyle RCMP Detachments, Lloydminster Forensic Identification Section and K Division Special Tactical Operations (STO) are conducting three simultaneous searches for evidence today. These scheduled searches are part of ongoing efforts to locate additional evidence, not for the arrest of Boudreau and do not pose a risk to public safety.
