False reports of a second shooter at a Florida high school included a tweet from an account attempting to pass itself off as that of former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly.

Broward County School Superintendent Robert Runcie told ABC News that authorities believe suspect Nikolas Cruz acted alone Wednesday.

That didn’t stop people from circulating online stories of another suspect, Sam Hyde, whose name has been publicized in other mass shootings dating to at least 2015, including shootings last year in Las Vegas and Texas. In the false O’Reilly tweet, Hyde was also described as a fellow former student at the school.

The recycled hoax names a real person, comedian Sam Hyde, who has performed on television and online. Photos of him sometimes accompany the postings.
