Father Mercredi High School has suspended the involved suspects of a threat that was made earlier this week.

Threatening graffiti was found on a washroom wall on Tuesday, March 27, and there has been an increased RCMP presence at the school since.  After reviewing surveillance footage they were able to narrow down alleged suspects.

Their suspension will be pending during the results of the ongoing investigation as RCMP continue to investigate and conduct further interviews.

The Fort McMurray Catholic School District and the RCMP take threats against schools very seriously and have taken steps to ensure the safety of the students and staff of Father Mercredi.
