Steve Yatauro is the new president of the United Way of Fort McMurray. The Board of Directors elected Yatauro during a meeting on April 18th.
Yatauro has been involved wit the United way for 25 years in communities across North America and was the Community Campaign Chair in 2017.
“I am thrilled to take on this new role in an organization that I believe so strongly in, and who provides a fundamental service to the community,” said Yatauro. “I look forward to working collaboratively with the phenomenal Board of Directors in ensuring the greatest social needs of the community continue to be met.”
Yatauro assumed the position from outgoing President, Tony Mankowski, who held the title from 2016-2018 and who will now serve on the Board of Directors.

Jordanna Lambert, who has been a member of the Board of Directors, has also been elected as vice president.
