Number of homes sold in June highest so far in 2018
Fort McMurray REALTORS® latest report said 70 homes were sold in June, the highest number of homes sold so far in 2018 and nearly the highest since 2015.

The number of homes sold in June saw a major increase compared with the same time last year.
Fort McMurray REALTORS® said in their latest report that this is optimistic for both sellers and buyers.
Last month, 70 homes were sold for an average asking price of $573,866. Fort McMurray REALTORS® said that this is the highest number of homes sold so far in 2018 and nearly the highest since 2015.

In 2017, 48 homes were sold throughout the month of June for an average price of $588,810.
