Traffic was stopped briefly Wednesday afternoon as Wood Buffalo RCMP responded to a medical emergency on Highway 63 at Supertest hill.
The southbound portion of the highway was closed for around 30 minutes while RCMP and Regional Emergency Services attended and transported the driver to the hospital.
The identity of the driver won’t be released.
