RCMP arrest three men, seize drugs and locate stolen vehicle

Wood Buffalo RCMP has arrested three men after they located a stolen vehicle from British Columbia in downtown Fort McMurray on Sept. 15 around 8 p.m.

Police also seized drug paraphernalia and over six grams of suspected crack cocaine.

As a result the men, two from Fort McMurray, are now facing charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of stolen property over $5000.

Jeffrey Scoville, 36, is also being charged for obstructing a peace officer and had officers execute an outstanding warrant for his arrest out of Fort McMurray for fraudulently obtaining food and or lodging. He will appear in court on Oct. 23.

Zai Teki, 28, is also facing two counts of failure to comply with a probation order and two counts of failure to comply with release conditions. He will appear in court on Sept. 25.

Pierre Misericordia, 60, from British Columbia, will also appear in court on Sept. 25.
