The 2018-19 season is expected to be big for the Keyano Huskies basketball and volleyball teams.
The men’s basketball preseason saw the team record four wins while averaging 89.2 points-per-game (ppg) and surrendering 76.5 ppg.
Last year the women’s basketball team was ranked number four in the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association polls.
For the past three years, the men’s volleyball team has had the best ACAC regular season record.
The women’s volleyball team was able to add more strength to their roster.
Huskies open the 2018-2019 regular season this weekend playing their home games at the Syncrude Athletic Centre.
