Eagle Ridge retail centre to open early 2019
The retail centre that is being developed in Eagle Ridge is now 85 per cent leased out and 110,000 square feet of the shopping district is set to open in early 2019.
Keith McRae, a consultant for Centron Group, the real estate and construction company behind the project told MyMcMurray all the businesses setting up shop in will be brand new to the area.
McRae is leaving it up to the businesses themselves to formally announce if they will be located in the new retail centre which will be called The Commons of Eagle Ridge.

From the areal map on Centron’s website we can see fast food restaurants, a fitness centre, kids play area and more.
“A critical element that we’re still looking for is a large full service restaurant,” said McRae.
The area will also be home to the new Landmark Cinemas, which was announced in May 2017.
