RCMP continue search for Betty Anne Deltess

Deltess is described as an Indigenous female, standing 5'5", weighing 150 pounds with brown eyes and short brown hair It is unknown what she was last wearing.

Betty Anne Deltess, 46, has been missing since April 11, 2018.

Wood Buffalo RCMP and the RCMP Major Crimes Unit from Edmonton continue to investigate her disappearance, which is being treated as suspicious.

Investigators have been assisted by the community members of Janvier, and La Loche, Sask. in determining the details surrounding her disappearance and assisting with numerous searches and were able to confirm that on the afternoon of April 11, Deltess was at the local store in Janvier.  Later that evening she went to a friend’s residence until around 1:30 a.m. when she intended to walk to a nearby friend’s residence.

This is the last confirmed time that she had been seen.  She is known to travel to and from Fort McMurray.
