Shooting in Timberlea leaves one with serious injuries

A shooting in Timberlea has left one person with serious injuries.
RCMP responded to the call on Oct. 25 around 9:30 p.m. and believe the incident took place in the half hour prior near Diefenbaker Dr. and St. Laurent Way.
Wood Buffalo General Investigative Services and the Forensic Identification Unit are still investigating and don’t believe this was a random act. At this time they believe a large SUV may be involved.

Police are asking that anyone who may have information about the incident to contact them at 780-788-4040.
They’re also asking for video footage they may have capture suspicious activity.
