Santas Anonymous bringing Christmas to the region for a 34th year

Students and staff at Father Mercredi High School are turning into elves for the 34th year in a row as they kick off another Santas Anonymous campaign.

This year Santas Anonymous will focus on families with school age children and referrals will be made throughout all Fort McMurray Schools.

Besides donating toys or making a monetary donation you can also show you support by participating in one of the many festive fundraising events Santas Anonymous puts on.

The Christmas Market is Saturday, Nov. 17 from 10 a.m. 3 p.m. at Father Mercredi High School.

The Teddy Bear Toss will be on Saturday, Dec. 1 at 7:30 p.m. during the Oil Barons game at the Casman Centre.

The annual pancake breakfast will be held at Father Mercredi High School on Thursday, Dec. 13 from 7 a.m. till 8:30 a.m. where a minimum $10 donation will get you breakfast.

The miracle marathon will be taking place from Friday, Dec. 14 till Saturday, Dec. 16. Rogers radio stations, Country 93.3 and 97.9 Rock will be at all Save on Food location collecting toys, monetary donations and gift cards and spreading some Christmas cheer.
