Wood Buffalo RCMP responded to a shooting incident in downtown Fort McMurray.
It’s believed the incident took place between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on Jan. 8, 2019 near the Manning Ave. and Hospital St. area.
The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries and received treatment in hospital.
No arrests or charges have been made as police continue their investigation.
They don’t believe this to be a random act.
