Many happy returns for Coach Macky, Huskies futsal teams

Coach Macky’s Keyano Huskies futsal program returns from Lethbridge cresting a golden wave.

Both men’s and women’s squads progressed to the semi-finals of the 2019 ACAC Men’s and Women’s Futsal Championships.

The men’s team defended their crown going undefeated in the tournament winning 5-0 in the championship game against Lakeland.

The women’s team progressed to the bronze medal game, falling 5-1 to the SAIT Trojans.

The Huskies’ are an indoor soccer powerhouse annually causing a stir in the ACAC tournament.
