Fort McMurray native Lamar Goods is one step closer to living his football dream.
The 6’4″, 300 lbs. defensive tackle verbally committed to attend and play for the University of Kentucky Wildcats.
Lamar Goods is one of Canada’s top recruits from the class of 2020.
He received offers from big college football programs like Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, and Michigan State.
He even received interest from reigning national champion, Clemson.
His former ball coach at Father Mercredi, Kevin Garbuio, broke the news on Twitter.

Lamar Goods currently attends a high school in Connecticut.
