Another Father Mercredi football star is making waves.

Football Alberta tapped Father Merc Trapper Dylan Remillard to join the Alberta under-18 squad.

The team will participate in the Football Canada Cup competition in Kingston, Ont., this July.

The 6’3″, 265 lbs defensive lineman is one of the top Canadian prospects in the graduating class of 2020.

He plays for the Trappers and head coach Kevin Grabuio.

According to his scouting report, Remillard has a high motor for his size.

He also “loves to finish plays which usually end up with the opposing player on his back.”

Remillard also earned MVP honours at the Top Prospects Combine in Edmonton.
