Easter is just around the corner, and with it comes scheduling changes for stores and services.
The Municipality says expect public transit to operate on a statutory holiday schedule.
Furthermore, only routes 11 (Airport), 15 (Timberlea), 16 (Thickwood), and 99 (MacDonald Island) will run on Good Friday, April 19.
Transit will adopt the Sunday schedule on Easter Sunday, and then resume with regular service on Easter Monday, April 22.
The holidays won’t impact rural bus service between Conklin, Anzac, Gregoire Lake Estates and Fort McMurray on Good Friday.
Expect banks, stores, and government offices to close Good Friday.

The mall will remain open this holiday weekend.
Mall hours on Good Friday are from 11-5 p.m., Saturday from 10- 6 p.m., and Easter Sunday from 11-5 p.m.
