The Mikisew Group of Companies (MGOC) has acquired Guthrie Industrial Services and Guthrie Mechanical Services.

The two groups have worked together for the past two years as the Mikisew Guthrie Limited Partnership (MGLP).

Along with the acquisition, MGLPĀ has been awarded a five year Master Service Agreement with Syncrude.

The agreement includes facility and mechanical maintenance, equipment repair, and project services at Syncrude facilities.
