Fort McMurray REALTORS® says buyer confidence at all time high
Fort McMurray REALTORS® has reported an overall increase in sales among most property types in April compared to the same period in 2018.
Townhouses and mobile with land lots doubled, while the number of condos sold was up 6.25 per cent, from 16 to 17.
All three property types also saw an increase in average sale price, with mobile with land lots seeing the biggest increase at 36.11 per cent. Townhouses and condos are both up nearly 9 per cent.

Single family homes also saw sales increase by 3.77 per cent, while the average sale priced dropped by 4.83 per cent from $580,753 to $552,705.
Duplexes and single family vacant lots saw a decrease in both areas, with vacant lots down to only 5, compared to 11 in 2018.
Overall there are 684 properties on the market, compared to 642 in April 2018.
