If you have heavy items that you’ve been meaning to get rid of you’ll want to register for the municipality’s heavy item pickup.
Registration for pickup is open until May 28 at 8 a.m.
Once you’re registered you’ll be assigned a pickup date between June 4 and 8.
Items, must be curbside by 8 a.m. on your pickup day.
Heavy pickup items include furniture, large appliances and TVs, but exclude barbecues.
If you’re getting rid of a fridge there is a disposal fee of $42.90 for refrigerant gas removal and mattresses and box springs are subject to a $20 fee per piece.
