Wood Buffalo RCMP are on the lookout after reports of a late-night robbery of a gas station up-town.
At 2:15 a.m. on May 29, 2019, police were dispatched to the Petro Canada in Thickwood responding to a robbery.
The suspect, armed with a baton, entered the business demanding money.
After acquiring an undisclosed amount of money, the suspect fled the scene on foot.
There were no injuries.
RCMP describe the suspect as a Caucasian male, six feet tall with an average build.
Also, he wore a black fur hat, black sunglasses, dark coloured clothing, and light grey sneakers.
