A single-vehicle crash near Wood Buffalo National Park left one person dead.
RCMP from Fort Smith, N.W.T., and Fort Chipewyan responded to the scene of the accident at 4 p.m. on July 26, 2019.
Police determined a pickup truck rolled over 34 kilometres south of Fort Smith.
Officers pronounced the driver, a 24-year-old woman from Fort Smith, dead at the scene.
Three passengers in the vehicle also sustained injuries in the crash.
Authorities took them to area hospitals for treatment.
Fort Chipewyan RCMP said the investigation into the crash is ongoing.
