Girls Inc. of Northern Alberta has announced that the eighth annual zombie run is cancelled due to lack of registrants.
Program Coordinator with Girls Inc., Jenna Hamilton said all of the money raised would have supported the United Way as well as Girls inc. so they could continue to deliver free programming to girls in the region.
They hope to bring back the run next year.
Snapd Wood Buffalo will be refunding those who signed up.
