The annual Fall Community Cleanup is days away.
Running all September, The Municipality encourages residents from all ages to show their community spirit by keeping the region clean.
Last year’s edition of the month-long campaign saw 2800 volunteers.
This year, the RMWB is looking for 3000 to participate.
Businesses, schools, and whole neighbourhoods can help keep Wood Buffalo litter-free.
Pick a favourite park, greenspace, or trail to adopt as a pet project this month.
The Municipality has cleaning supplies, yellow garbage bags and gloves for residents looking to get their hands dirty.
Also, volunteers may win a prize from Home Hardware Building Centre in the Pick and Click Photo Contest.
