The 2020 Budget meetings begin at the end of November.
RMWB Council invites residents to attend a series of budget meetings scheduled from Nov. 27-30 at council chambers.
Mayor and council will look over and debate next year’s budget.
- Nov. 27: Community Investment Program
- Nov. 28: Operating Budget
- Nov. 29: Capital Budget
An additional meeting, if required, takes place on Nov. 30, 2019.
Sessions begin each day at 9:00 a.m. with delegation.
Members of the public may share ideas during the 30-minute delegation period.
Dates and times may require amendments to allow RMWB Council time to deliberate.
Also, the Council should decide on the final budgets during these meetings.
Anyone seeking information on the budget process, resources, or anyone who wants to register as a delegate may do so on the Municipality’s website.
Meanwhile, the proposed 2020 Budget and additional documents will be available alongside the Council agenda on Nov. 15, 2019.
