The municipality is supporting Santas Anonymous through the fourth annual Stuff-A-Bus toy drive.

Santas Anonymous is a student-led initiative at Father Mercredi High School which provides hampers for families with children who may not be able to afford to celebrate Christmas.

Once you’re registered you’ll receive a decorated box for new, unwrapped toy and gift card donations.

Municipal Transit Services will tour around the region collecting donations on Friday, Dec. 13 and deliver them to Father Mercredi High School.

Santas Anonymous will then add them to hampers and deliver them to families on Dec. 20.

Register before Dec. 12 at 12 p.m. by emailing transit@rmwb.ca or calling Pulse at 780-743-7000.

Last year the 26 local businesses participate in the campaign with a total of 39 pick-up locations.

Around $12,000 in toys and cash donations were collected.
