Edmonton Police Services confirmed an investigation of a travel agency, which also has an office in Fort McMurray, is underway.
EPS received as many as four reports of alleged fraud out of International Travel Services location in the Alberta capital.
Wood Buffalo RCMP also confirmed they received a “significant amount” of complaints about the agency.
MyMcMurray have yet to reach either International Travel Services’ offices in Fort McMurray or Edmonton for comment.
