YMM Parent Magazine and the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo’s Mayor’s Advisory Council on Youth (MACOY) are looking for the top 20 people under 20 years old in the RMWB.

The first Top 20 Under 20 program launched in 2019 to provide mentorship opportunities in the local media and marketing industry and to create a platform for MACOY to highlight outstanding youth and children living in the region.

“The 20 Under 20 Program is a wonderful opportunity for the children and youth to be recognized for the good things that they are doing in Wood Buffalo. It does this by not only showcasing this region’s stellar young people, but helps us to all recognize it’s never too early to start something great,” said Nicole Martyn-Dickinson, MACOY Lead and Social Program Advisor at RMWB in a press release.

Youth aged seven to 18 were recognized at last years event and in the pages of YMM Parent Magazines 2019 Publication.

Nominations for this year can be done online and are open to anyone under the age of 20 who is a resident of the region and an ambassador to the community through volunteerism, mentorships or acts as an active role model.

Submission can be made until Thursday, Feb. 20, 2020.

The Top 20 Under 20’s Class of 2020 will be published this spring in YMM Parent Magazine’s Issue 3.
