UPDATE: 96 new cases of COVID-19 in Alberta

The Alberta government reported 96 new cases of COVID-19 in Alberta.

This brings the provincial total to 968.

Dr Deena Hinshaw, chief medical officer of health, also reported two more deaths due to the virus.

The total number of deaths in Alberta is 13.

There are no new cases of COVID-19 in the RMWB.

Hinshaw added there are no confirmed cases within the province’s Indigenous communities.

Four new cases in AHS North Zone brings the total to 55.
