Alberta reported one new active case of COVID-19 in the RMWB.
The case is in Fort McMurray’s urban service area, joining two other active cases reported yesterday.
Alberta upgraded four prior cases of COVID-19 in Fort McMurray to recoveries.
There are also two active cases in Wood Buffalo’s rural areas.

According to Alberta Health Services, they completed 917 swabs in the region as of 11:17 a.m. of April 14, 2020.
There are 138 newly confirmed cases in Alberta, bringing the total to 1870.
Dr Deena Hinshaw, chief medical officer of health, also reported two additional deaths to bring that total to 48.
One death occurred at the McKenzie Towne Continuing Care Centre in Calgary, while the other happened at the Shepherd’s Care Kensington Campus in Edmonton.
Hinshaw said 214 cases occurred at long-term care facilities in the province, including 30 deaths.
“While we can start to become numb to these numbers as time goes on, each one of these individuals had a life that mattered and people who loved them.”
Alberta Health Services also reported 914 people have recovered from the virus in the province, which is up 37 from yesterday.
Alberta Health Sciences completed 2,868 tests over the last 24 hours.
