The Alberta government reported 105 new cases of COVID-19 in the province, bringing the total to 2,908.

The province also reported four additional deaths of COVID-19 to bring that total to 59.
Two of the deaths were at continuing care facilities: One at Carewest-Sarcee in Calgary, and the other at Manoir du Lac in McLennan in northwest Alberta.
Alberta reported an employee at the Cargill plant in High River and a fourth case from the Edmonton Zone also died of COVID-19.

To date, 1230 cases recovered in Alberta.
There are no new cases of COVID-19 in the RMWB.
Four active cases of the virus reside in the urban service area of Fort McMurray.

Dr Deena Hinshaw, chief medical officer of health, said reports from the Kearl Lake oilsands site indicate eight additional cases of COVID-19, bringing the total to 20.
She added 12 are within Alberta, and eight are outside the province.

The province completed 100,898 tests with 3,994 tests completed in the last 24 hours.
