The residential scale at the landfill opens for the season tomorrow.
Hours of operation are 8:15 a.m. 5:45 p.m., seven days a week.
As traffic increases, hours of operation may be extended.
The residential scale is for non-commercial vehicles only and is located at the public drop-off area. Any vehicle towing a trailer or with a commercial license must use the main scale.
You are asked to be sure to tarp or secure your load before taking it to the landfill. It’s required by law that every load being transported over a public roadway be covered or secured to prevent any debris from falling out of the vehicle.
