Keyano's main Clearwater Campus suffers minor damage, SSWC catastrophic

Keyano College is reporting minimal damage to its Clearwater Campus.

It said that it will require clean up, sanitization and a full review of all systems.

The Keyano Theatre & Arts Centre and Clearwater Hall Residence also received minimal damage and both will require clean up and sanitization.

The Syncrude Sport and Wellness Centre (SSWC) on the other hand, received catastrophic damage.

According to a statement it will need a full professional assessment on all systems before a full report can be determined.

It, along with its tenants will be closed indefinitely.

Meanwhile, the Bob Lamb Building also received excessive damage on the main floor and will need a full assessment by professionals.

The Power and Process Lab could not be accessed.

Penhorwood and Riedel residences also could not be accessed as returning to these premises is strictly prohibited.

The entire campus is fenced for the safety of the public.

You are not to enter any properties for any reason, unless authorized by College Executive.
