Miskanaw Golf Club set to open Legacy Dodge Driving Range and 9 holes 

Miskanaw Golf Club announced that the Legacy Dodge Driving Range will open on Saturday, May 9, followed by 9 holes of the Miskanaw Golf Course on Friday, May 22, in alignment with the provincial Government’s relaunch strategy,

“The team is implementing all relevant COVID-19 protocols and recommendations as set out by the Government of Alberta and Alberta Health Services,” said Jason Vaughan, Director of Golf. “Some of these protocols include extensive cleaning measures taken around the course, on surfaces and on equipment. Guests can also anticipate 6 foot spacing between the hitting stalls, pre-booking will be required for all visits to the course including the Legacy Dodge Driving Range and there will be a reduced capacity of 50%.”

The Club did had substantial damage to the course and surrounding structures including the Sly Fox Pro Shop and Fox Den Grill and Patio from the flood.

““Heading into the season our team is working hard to restore conditions on the course and prepare our facilities for re-opening as soon as possible. We will continue to provide updates as they are available.”

Golfers can start booking tee times on Thursday, May 14 for the reopening of 9-holes.

Miskanaw Golf Club 2020 Memberships will be reduced by 40% to better reflect the services the club is able to provide at this time. Those who have already purchased a membership will be contacted and provided options for a refund or club credit.
