RMWB enters July with additional COVID-19 cases

Alberta reported two new cases of COVID-19 in Fort McMurray.

Fort McMurray has 17 active cases and 37 recovered cases of the illness.

Outside the urban service area, there are 10 active and 15 resolved cases.

The province counted 11 in yesterday’s report, but since updated their geospatial map.

Across the province, there were a total of 57 new cases and no deaths from COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.

There are 572 active cases of COVID-19, 155 deaths, and 7532 recovered cases.

Hospitalization is low with 42 Albertans currently in hospitals with nine in intensive care.
