Fort McMurray REALTORS® has reported that it sold a total 119 properties in our region in June.
That includes a slight increase in year-over-year sales for single family homes, which saw a 3.6 per cent decrease in average selling price.
Single family homes sold in June for an average $512,218.
There are currently 486 listings on the market with a total average sale price of $358,236.
