Highway 881 near kilometre marker 217 remains closed following an early morning collision.
Wood Buffalo RCMP responded to a single vehicle collision involving a moose on July 23 at around 12:40 a.m.
The driver and a passenger were pronounced dead at the scene, while two other passengers were transported to hospital with minor injuries.
Police say to expect significant delays and to consider an alternate travel route as they continue their investigation.
