YORK, Pa. (AP) _ P.H. Glatfelter Co. (GLT) on Tuesday reported a second-quarter loss of $2.4 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
On a per-share basis, the York, Pennsylvania-based company said it had a loss of 5 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 22 cents per share.
The maker of specialty papers and fiber-based engineered materials posted revenue of $216.2 million in the period.
Glatfelter shares have dropped 11% since the beginning of the year. The stock has increased 4.5% in the last 12 months.
