The province reported a single new case of COVID-19 each in Fort McMurray and outside the urban service area.
Fort McMurray also has four recovered cases of the illness in the last 24 hours for totals of 28 active cases and 87 recoveries.
Outside the urban service area, there is one active case of COVID-19, the first in more than a week.

In the last 24 hours, there are 114 new cases, one additional death, and 108 recoveries linked to COVID-19 across Alberta.
The province has 1403active cases, 242 deaths, and 12,535 resolved cases of the illness.
50 Albertans are currently in hospital receiving treatment, including nine in intensive care.
