When RMWB Council meets on Oct. 13, there will be a slightly different look to Council chambers.
The Municipality and Alberta Health Services (AHS) restructured the interim Council Chambers at Syncrude Athletic Park Clubhouse to meet public health guidelines.
Council will allow for physical attendance while following strict physical distancing and capacity limits.
Anyone wishing to attend in-person must complete a screening assessment or contact tracing form.
Municipal staff strongly encourage masking and hand sanitizer will be available.
Capacity limits reduced public seating to nine with directional markings indicating all entrances and exits.
Virtual attendance will also be available and streaming of Council meetings of the RMWB website will continue.
Anyone who wishes to speak to a matter before Mayor and Councillors may register with Legislative Services.
