The government of Newfoundland and Labrador said three workers linked to the site recently returned to the province.

After testing positive for the illness, all three entered self-isolation at their respective homes.

Contact tracing is underway and health officials informed close contacts to quarantine.

Alberta reported individual outbreaks at Horizon in May and August.

The province removed CNRL’s Albian site from its watch list.

All schools in the RMWB are also off the provincial watch list for COVID-19, including Elsie Yanik School as it did not have a new case of the illness in the last 28 days.

Alberta lists schools not encountering outbreak situations as “open” under Section 1.
