VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – Get ready to “spring forward” this weekend — we’re making the switch to Daylight Saving Time to greet the new season.
On Sunday, most Canadians will move their clocks forward by an hour at 2 a.m.
While the switch makes way for the beginning of spring, it can take a few days for people to adjust.
Sleep experts say many people feel tired during the transition.
