CALGARY (660 NEWS) — Premier Jason Kenney is set to join Dr. Deena Hinshaw for the live COVID-19 update Tuesday afternoon.

That information coming from the premier’s director of communications.

It comes as Alberta’s cabinet meets to discuss and assess the current health measures in place.

Variant cases are surging in the province and on the heels of a significant COVID-19 variant outbreak that the province took some heat for, after failing to provide details about it for days after it was announced.
