EDMONTON – It’s getting even more convenient to pick up lottery tickets in the province.
As of Friday, Alberta Gaming, Liquor, and Cannabis says you can purchase tickets online in addition to retail shops.
Lotto Max, Lotto 6/49, Western Max, and the Extra are all available on the province’s Play Alberta site.
Play Alberta also offers slots, instants, plus virtual and live dealer table games.
The AGLC says it plans to add sports betting to Play Alberta later this year.
