BANFF — Banff is the latest location to announce their mask mandate will end Thursday as the province enters Stage 3 of reopening.
Town Council met Wednesday morning to vote on the proposal.
Due to the popularity of the town, and how busy it can get with out-of-town visitors, it had different rules than other areas of the province — which included masking requirements outdoors on certain busy streets as well as inside buildings.
