Hinshaw, Kenney to provide first COVID-19 update in weeks

EDMONTON – For the first time in weeks, the premier and chief medical officer of health will provide a COVID-19 update, amid rising case counts and hospitalizations.

Dr. Deena Hinshaw, Premier Jason Kenney, Health Minister Tyler Shandro, and Alberta Health Services CEO and President Verna Yiu will address Albertans Friday morning at 11:30.

They are expected to give an update on COVID-19 health measures in Alberta and vaccine incentives.
