(FORT MCMURRAY) – The 32nd annual Festival of Trees, presented by Syncrude, brought the community together and helped spread hope for a happier, healthier 2022.
The weekend was also another successful fundraiser for the Northern Lights Health Foundation (NLHF).
The city says it would like to thank donors who added teddy bears to the Tree of Hope, with Fort McMurray raising over $410,000 for health care initiatives in RMWB.
This years celebration took place mostly online, with various draws livestreamed via the Health Foundation’s Facebook page.
The 32nd Annual Festival of Trees fundraiser supports operations and health initiatives within our region, with a 50/50 raffle that was held on November 22.
