FORT MCMURRAY – RCMP in Fort McMurray are warning of treacherous road conditions on Highway 63.
Icy roads have led to several crashes including the following as of 11 a.m.:
- Highway 63 southbound at the bottom of Supertest Hill – down to one lane due to a motor vehicle collision.
- Highway 63 southbound near Horse Creek – a semi is partially on the highway blocking one lane.
- Highway 63 at the bottom of Beacon Hill – slow moving due to a motor vehicle collision.
No injuries have been reported but Mounties say traffic is slow moving.
